Day 31-After the Medical Medium Protocol – Eureka! Wild Blueberries at Last!

Eureka! I finally found some wild blueberries!
Can you believe its three days AFTER we completed 28 days on the cleanse, and I only now found a source of wild blueberries nearby!
They were at a store I had checked before, but they must have been out of stock at the time. Today they had some frozen in 16-oz bags. They cost more than twice as much as domesticated, but I’ll try them in tomorrow’s smoothie.

Wild blueberries vs. domesticated
The wild blueberries are about 1/3 the size of the domesticated variety. They also taste milder, less sweet and have less pulp, but they are tasty and plenty sweet.
And…while I was shopping for blueberries and greens today, I realized that for the first time in years, I didn’t have to lean on the shopping cart for support while walking down the long aisles of the grocery stores. My feet didn’t hurt. My ankles didn’t hurt. My legs didn’t hurt and my hips felt relaxed and pain-free. Wow, what a difference 4 weeks makes!
On the other hand, this evening I potted up some plants, and in the 30 minutes or so of bending over, the pain between my shoulder blades intensified so much that my neck and shoulder muscles spasmed and my head started leaning to the right. My shoulders totally stiffened up.
That hadn’t bothered me that much before. It used to be my back that spasmed up after just a little bit of bending over. Odd that’s its all between the shoulders now… and that shoulder pain got worse as the day wore on.
Aside from the shoulder pain, I’m feeling pretty good these days. Way better as far as energy levels, focus, ability to think fast and remember better. And my ease of movement has improved.
I was going to start a modified diet today, but since things are going so well, I’ll stay on the strict detox protocol another day or so.
