Day 9 on the Medical Medium Protocol – Shrinking Lipoma and Color Therapy
I’m feeling great today! My energy is high and I’m thinking clearly and swiftly, like my college days. Its wonderful!
My husband, on the other hand, is quite the opposite. He’s detoxing heavily and his energy is sinking. His mind is in a fog, his body heavy; he’s having lots of trouble finding words and just wants to lie down.
OK then, it IS a good time to lie down — under the right color — as in color therapy. I’m a long-time user of Dinshah Color Therapy. I find it very effective and extremely helpful, and very rejuvenating when needed.
Turquoise is not only refreshing and rejuvenating, its beautiful!
My husband seems to need the color Turquoise most today, and that’s what he’s going to use.
Last week, on the third or fourth day on the detox cleanse, he felt really low also. Turquoise revived him, so we’ll see what happens today.
I suspect its going to take a lot more than a few color tonations before he’s over the hump (a session of color therapy is called a “tonation”).
His problem is equally as long-standing as mine and having done less detoxing than I have in my lifetime, he tends to have a harder time of it.
Sure enough, he got up from his tonation much more energetic and lively. He had enough strength to go out and begin trimming a wildly overgrown bush and tree for hours.
Big surprise of the day: I’ve had a strange lump growing on my upper arm under my skin for years. It was getting bigger and bigger, and starting to bother my arm movements. Finally, it was examined by ultrasound. It turned out to be a lipoma, which is a benign fatty tumor (more fat in the wrong places).
The only thing the doctors do for this sort of thing is to remove them by surgery if they get big. I was given a referral to a specialist, but was in the middle of a lot of things and didn’t get around to making an appointment.
The big surprise is that this morning, I noticed it’s shrinking! Its width and height have been reduced to where it is no longer noticeable visually. When I rub my finger over it, it feels really small in comparison to what it was, and it doesn’t hurt anymore.
What fantastic unexpected bonuses!

How is your lipoma now? I have one on the right side of my upper back. I am on day 51 of the Medical Medium’s 28 Day cleanse. My lipoma started hurting me yesterday and its still sore today. I realize your post is from 6 years ago but I just found it today. I’d love to hear more about how you are doing with it.
Hello, I also have lipomas and they are very painful. Have all of your lipomas disappeared? I am in a lot of pain constantly from mine that are deep in my facia. Doctors want to cut it out I am looking for some semblancd of hope.
It stopped hurting and I forgot all about it! It hasn’t shrunk any further but it doesn’t bother me. Before the cleanses, it did bother me. But now, I don’t even notice it.
