My head has been going through waves of cleansing all day, with a lot of dizziness. Sometimes the dizziness feels like I’m going to go into an intense vertigo attack, but then it subsides, just in the nick of time. So far, no 10 minute vertigo spells like I used to have.

My energy is pretty good, otherwise, and my head is pretty clear.

My husband is having a good day. His energy is good and his mind is clear.

This is great news. He hasn’t had a good day in a long, long time.

What’s notable is that it took him 24 days to have a good day — at least a good enough day for him to notice.

I have been noticing for about 10 days now that he has more energy and that his mind is clearing – but he couldn’t feel it yet. Finally today, he CAN feel it. Let’s hope it continues.

We’re managing to get our spinach-tomato soup down, but I’m looking forward to next week, when I can eat something else for dinner, or at least just put my spinach in a salad and not have to put it in the blender.

There’s something about liquefied spinach that makes me cringe…
