Day 29-After the Medical Medium Protocol. Pulsating Knees and Hips…its NOT What You Think!
Having completed the full 28-Day Medical Medium detox diet, my husband and I had such good results that we decided to continue the detox diet plan strictly for a couple more days without any changes.
I mean, who can complain about substantial weight loss, less head pain, less joint pain, improved digestion and more energy? We want to keep those kind of results coming!
In a few days, we plan to start introducing foods into our diet that Anthony William suggests to break the cleanse. These foods (like squash, sweet potatoes, etc.,) should work well to bring us back to a “normal” diet, at least for the big family event that’s coming up. We plan to return to a modified version of the Medical Medium Protocol for an extended time after that event.
Let me tell you about some of the experiences I had during my 28 days…
During this cleanse, strange and unexplained things have happened, off and on. Most of them have come and gone and I forgot about them right away. But here’s one I decided to write about before I forgot. Its strange, but true…
Sometime early this morning, while in a light sleep, I became aware of the area behind my knees pulsating… or was it twitching? Hard to remember. I was half asleep. There was definitely a pulsating type of sensation going on. It went on for some time and eventually I fell beck asleep.
A little while later, I half awoke again and felt similar pulsations in my left hip joint. I remember thinking, “That’s odd. What is going on?” and falling back asleep.
In the morning, my knees were more relaxed than they’ve been in years and my left hip didn’t hurt at all (it usually does). My right hip, however, still hurts. What’s interesting is that during the first two weeks of the cleanse, both my legs were quite stiff. I’m assuming that was from the dystrophic calcification that I’ve had for a number of years. But at this point, my leg ligaments and tendons have relaxed quite a bit and its easier to walk on them and bend them.
More things that have been coming and going, but not as odd, include mild dizziness and head pain (that has continued to come off and on pretty much the entire cleanse). Since I’ve had that for 10 years, I’m not surprised, but there is less discomfort now.
Also during the first few weeks of the cleanse, I got a lot of intestinal and uterine cramps that came and went. That didn’t surprise me either, since I’ve had issues in those areas most of my life. Things seem to have also improved in those areas.
What did surprise me are the pains in my liver and spleen that are still coming and going. These areas are rather feverish and seem to be working hard throwing off toxins. Anthony mentions that after the initial cleanse phase (blood cleansing), the liver starts to clean itself out, releasing old toxins that might have been there many years or even decades. It certainly seems to be happening with not only my liver, but my spleen as well.
I have had a strip of hot, red rash over both my liver and spleen for quite a few years and it finally seems to be fading a bit. I hope it continues to fade, because it’s been really raw, making it impossible to wear anything tight or that even rubs against it.
I’ll give it some more time and see how things go.
