Day 41, Breaking the Medical Medium Protocol, Day 9 – Vertigo Again!
Vertigo again!
This morning, when I woke up and sat up in bed, everything started spinning around me. I felt like I was falling down a cliff.
Luckily, it wasn’t the prolonged, 10-minute, horrendous vertigo attack I used to get — just a shorter version.
After several minutes, it settled down and I thought I dodged a bullet.
But later, when juicing celery, I spun around to reach something, and it hit me again. I grabbed onto the sink so I wouldn’t loose my balance. Luckily, it too, was short-lived. It only lasted a few minutes, and thank goodness, I had no vomiting afterwards.
That’s way better than it used to be. But after not having a vertigo attack for over two years, I thought I was completely past it. Maybe this is the “cleansing out” version and all vertigo will soon be gone.
Today was the day of the big family event with food galore! I was concerned that the vertigo might keep me from going or return while I was there, but I didn’t want to miss it. Luckily, I held up fine and it was an event to remember! So glad I didn’t miss it.
It was wonderful to see old friends, distant relatives and family, and the food was simply fantastic… and plentiful!
